Our Story
C&R Services began in 1996 with a vision and a single truck. Robert Templin, our founder, started the company with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and faith. What began as a local heating and cooling service grew steadily over the years into a trusted name in the community. Through 29 years of hard work, Robert expanded C&R into an eight-truck operation with a dedicated team of 17 employees. His focus on exceptional service and building genuine relationships with customers became the foundation of C&R’s success.
Honoring the Past, Building the Future of C & R Services
In 2024, after nearly three decades of leadership, Robert was ready to retire and entrusted the future of C&R to new ownership. Stephen Roemer, Taylor Ligon, and Robert’s son, Alan Templin, now carry forward the legacy he built.
Together, they bring 25 years of combined experience in in-home services, along with a shared dedication to serving our community with the same principles Robert instilled: honesty, reliability, and a passion for helping others.
As the new owners, we are excited to honour Robert’s legacy while taking C&R to new heights. We’re committed to expanding our reach and making C&R Services a household name in Tyler Texas.
